Just as African kids did so long ago, you can also learn pieces of poetry or Quran verses or Bible verses or readings from the Torah by heart. Memorization is fun and worth doing! Pick something that is meaningful to you and learn the whole thing. Recite what you learned in front of your family or your class or your church or mosque or synagogue.
