Almonds are delicious and good for you, and the best way to learn more about them is to eat some! You can buy almonds in practically any grocery store.
You don’t need to cook almonds. If you want, you can just eat them like M&Ms in your hand. Or you can make almonds taste more exciting by sprinkling a little salt on them, or some powdered cumin.
You’ve probably already eaten almonds inside a Hershey bar – right?
Another way to prepare almonds is to make almond milk. Almond milk is made of ground up almonds mixed with water. You can buy almond milk in the health food section of grocery stores. Try some in your cereal instead of milk and see if you like it!
